Quick, Easy Garlic And Ginger Stir-Fry

Garlic and Ginger Stir-Fry is a delicious and healthy dish that combines garlic, ginger, vegetables of your choice, and some other tasty ingredients. It’s perfect for those days when you want to jazz up your meal but don’t have much time in the kitchen.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 teaspoons of Garlic Man garlic and ginger
  • 1 red bell pepper cut into thin strips.
  • ½ head cauliflower florets roughly chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1 sliced red onion.
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 small bunch of broccoli, broken down into smaller florets.

Directions:

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat until hot then add garlic and ginger and stir fry quickly for 30 seconds before adding the peppers.
  2. Add the rest of the vegetables to the pan along with one cup water (or stock from vegan if desired) and cook stirring constantly for two minutes more until all items are cooked through but still crunchy. If needed adjust the seasoning with salt or soy sauce at this point as well.
  3. Serve hot accompanied by brown rice (or quinoa alternative grains like farro work too).
